Hi!
I’m Alex Karhusaari, a frontend developer and digital creative passionate about building modern, user-friendly web experiences. With a background spanning web development, UI/UX design, and digital advertising, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects—from responsive websites and custom WordPress builds to HTML5 video ads and interactive campaigns.
My experience covers everything from designing motion graphics and display ads for global brands to crafting websites and intuitive interfaces. I enjoy blending clean code with thoughtful design to create solutions that are both technically sound and visually engaging.
I’m skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and WordPress, and I regularly use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Git in my workflow. Collaboration is a big part of my work—I’ve partnered with teams, clients, and sales departments to bring ideas to life, whether it’s a landing page, an ad unit, or a full-scale website.
I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow as both a developer and designer, pushing myself to stay creative and adaptable in a fast-moving digital world.

Outside of Work
When I’m not coding or designing, you’ll likely find me at the gym, watching hockey, or catching the latest sports highlights. Staying active keeps me focused and energized, providing the perfect balance to my creative and technical work.
